External politics

The external politics centred on the creation of a own Russian Armed Forces. In general, Yeltsin's exterior politics was bad planned and executed due to political internal problems like the continuous changes of the secretaries, political fights for the power, besides the bad health that Boris was suffering. The result of this management were diverse wars with neighboring countries like Transnistria, Nagorno Karabaj, Ossetia of the South and Abkhazia.
